Sabine is a highly trained therapist with over 30 years of experience in holistic healing and energy work. Originally from Hamburg, Germany, she immigrated to the United States at age 30 and has been living there for the past 25 years.

She is a Certified Lightarian® and Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master/Teacher with three decades of energy healing experience, assisting clients in uncovering the root causes of imbalances and ailments that may be preventing them from living life to the fullest.

During her sessions, Sabine facilitates the clearing and restoration of the energy body, guiding clients into vibrational alignment with their wellness, health, and life goals.

In addition to her energy healing expertise, Sabine is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 22 years of experience. She specializes in physical pain relief, tension and stress reduction, injury rehabilitation, and restoring overall balance and homeostasis.

Sabine provides her clients with education, practical knowledge, and skilled intuitive healing facilitation, addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. She creates a supportive space for her clients throughout their healing journeys.

Passionate about empowerment, she also teaches various classes and workshops, including certified Reiki training in multiple lineages and modalities.

Throughout her career in the healing arts, Sabine has explored additional transformative modalities to deepen her practice. Over the past five years, she has studied hypnotherapy, past life regression (QHHT by Dolores Cannon), and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), integrating these powerful tools to enhance client outcomes.

Committed to professional growth, Sabine continuously participates in Continuing Education Courses to expand her expertise and stay current with industry standards. She is a professional member in good standing with the following organizations:
